Not every unusual thing is paranormal

A few days back I liked a facebook page that used to post different paranormal events that were shared by their followers. After visiting that page daily I realized that we specially the people of indo-pak region have been really influenced by the horror movies. For instance, I read a story in which a woman told her incident that she fought with a lost evil spirit of a woman who was killed by her in-laws when she was pregnant and now she wanted the child of the woman who is the narrator of this incident. I mean really? Were you dreaming that or do you really believe that happened to you?!! Oh in another case a guy literally had a sleep paralysis and everyone in the comments were telling him about it but he was in a constant denial that he was attacked by a ghost. Yeah right!!
I have never tied up my hair before I go to the roof of my house nor I have ever spent a day without using a perfume and I have been home alone for really long time and I sleep alone at night but by the grace of God I haven’t saw a single ghost yet although I have had sleep paralysis multiple times but it doesn’t seems scary to me it is like a dream that feels real but its not real... You got my point, right? If not then, my point is that ghosts have better things to do then haunting humans. To be honest if I were a ghost I wouldn’t have haunted a human ever because humans are kind of boring I would get bored with all the busy life and stuff that humans do. I would prefer to travel the world in the first class because nobody can see me and I can travel expense free, then why would I stick to a human for no reason? If I like their scent I can simply steal their perfume.
I am not denying the existence of paranormal beings because we haven’t really discovered everything in this world yet but it doesn’t mean that we should ignore the fact that 95 times out of a 100 events have logical explanations behind them and we must also not forget that we might be having a psychological or a psychiatric problem and there is nothing to be ashamed of if you are diagnosed with some psychiatric problem because at the end of the day it only proves that our brains are far more complicated machines then we have anticipated.
The society in which we are living is really depressed. We don’t have enough jobs, food, shelter, brutality is a normal factor, robbery and theft are really common occurrences... People are generally depressed and it won’t be a shock if a person from such depressed society has fallen victim to a psychological problem. We must not deny it and it isn’t a matter of honour as well. Instead of tilting towards “baba bangali” or “amil baba sahab” we must visit our doctors first may be what we are feeling is not black magic after all, it could be restlessness due to stress or something and save our money and our time for better because these “peer Fakeers” won’t heal you.  Our mental health must be our first priority because a healthy mind will produce a healthy outcome and combine that we'll have a healthy society with less superstitions and more logical explanations.

The purpose of this research is to see how important non-verbal communication is in daily lives and how differently male and female communicate non-verbally and the effects of age on non-verbal communication. METHODS USED IN DATA COLLECTION: The medium that we will use to gather data is mainly through questionnaires but we might also conduct interviews if necessary. We will also perform a social experiment in which we will observe how people perceive one same piece of information with different or no non-verbal communication. In our questionnaires we will be gathering the following data: 1.Participant’s age 2.Participant’s gender 3.And some questions which will be given in the sample of our questionnaire.   INTRODUCTION & LITERATURE R...

Seven years into the war!

Seven years into the war, Seven years are long enough! Long enough to finish seven generations, Long hard sleepless nights, please someone hear my sighs! Long enough to go deaf, with all the noise we've heard all our lives, Seven years are long enough, Long enough to realise, who we are and with whom we fight! Long enough between those cries, that haven't been answered by any allies! Look into those innocent eyes, what have they done to deserve this demise. They took my parents away from me, And now I pray for their ease! Seven years away from peace, now we think this is our life! Oh dear God! Hear my plea, I wish no harm, Just save me!

THE WOMAN

She woke up with a sudden jerk; covered in sweat she patted her forehead. She was having the same dream that she had been having since she was 6. "The woman...!" She thought to herself. "Who is she? Why do I always dream about her?" She got up from her bed and went to her study table, took a piece of paper and started writing something down... "She with every dream she is getting nearer and nearer to me. It’s like she wants to tell me something. Now I can see her even when I am fully awake. I can hear her voice along with several other voices telling me to do stuff. Why is this happening to me? Should I talk to mum about it? But I don't want to cause her any trouble. My presence is already a big problem for her. I don't see her smile after dad left us and she got married to Joe. I always thought she loved him and he loved her then why do they fight all the time. Sometimes it gets so loud in here that I have to hide under my bed. I know that mum and Jo...
